“I took the Evidence Based Birth class with Paulina. It was really helpful going through all the information in a hybrid class format. I was reading through the Evidence Based Birth free resources, but I found that I was constantly looking up words/topics I didn't understand in order to understand what I was reading in the resources. The class was laid out logically and Paulina went through questions about the course video material and answered any questions I had. I strongly recommend this class with Paulina for any pregnant person (and partner) to understand what happens during a birth, learn how to advocate for yourself, and understand which medical recommendations are based on hospital policy vs. medical evidence.”Read moreShow less

“The Evidence Based Birth class was truly invaluable, I will recommend it to every pregnant person I come across! Through every stage of labour I felt like I knew what was happening and had a true understanding of what my body was doing and it brought a lot of comfort and helped me stay calm. I can't think of anything more I could want from a birthing class, it was really amazing!! Luckily I didn't have to reference too much of the content from the class because I had a pretty uneventful birth, but it was still great to know everything! Paulina was amazing at answering any questions we had throughout the class and we knew we could put our trust in her as she is so experienced in the field.
