“Solid Gym. Great variety of equipment. Knowledgeable and passionate coaches and staff. I am a 40 year old who went from being a Crossfit beginner 3 years ago to competing on a local scale (with hopes of competing nationally). I personally feel like I am in the best shape of my life and I couldn't have done without the guidance and inspiration of the community at Crossfit Markham.
