“Every single time I brought my son to see Santa at the Cambridge Centre Mall we waited in line and were turned away after waiting over half an hour. I tried to take my son to see Santa again today, for the 3rd time this month. We waited patiently in line for over an hour and a half. We were so close. All I wanted was my Santa pictures for this year. They decided to shut it down despite people still waiting in line and the mall was still open. I've gotten my photos done here the last 5 years I will not be having my Santa photos done here ever again. absolutely ridiculous! Not recommended . Dont waste your time.”Read moreShow less

“I got ripped off with my santa photos!! they make you pay first. you dont even know how your picture turns out. They only have 1 photo package which is $34..On top of it all its just a pic of the red seat with no background!! So dissapointing.”

“I had planned on an evening of shopping after work today, only to find that the mall for some reason closes at 6pm on Saturdays. “Hey cambridge centre mall! I am appalled by your customer service staff. While at the mall today I shouldnt have to worry about people getting high in the family room bathroom while im in there with my 6 month old.
