About the clinic

Our clients are now able to book online with our therapy team directly. To book an appointment with your family practice physician , you’ll be required to call our office to schedule your appointment. Our clinics DO NOT see Workplace Safety Board (WSIB) or for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims, or direct bill to extended health benefits. Patients will be required to submit their own claims to their insurance company for reimbursement. Booking Instructions New and Returning Patients: If you are a new patient, please book an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning patient, but have not seen your treating provider in 6 months or longer, or have a new area of injury please book an Initial Assessment so your therapist has adequate time to evaluate you. If you’ve been referred to the Women’s Health Program at the Adelaide Health Clinic for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Psychotherapy or Massage Therapy, please choose your Initial Assessment under that discipline listing WPH . Massage Aromatherapy is available for an additional $10. If requested, it will be provided by the therapist during the service and included in the final billing. Appointment Cancellation Notice Our clinics require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee (fee varies depending on service booked). If you are unable to provide 24 hours due to illness or emergencies, please alert reception as soon as possible.Read more about Cambridge Group of Clubs

I would highly recommend the RMT, David Ferguson. He is a very professional, experienced and caring massage therapist. I am very impressed with the quality of the treatment and will continue to work with David.

Chris is the absolute best sports physiotherapist. I have seen him for several issues over the years and he always fixes the problem. Everyone I have referred to him says the same. Amazing!

Chris is by far the best physiotherapist in the City. Save for extensive injury he has the ability to get you going again with a single visit in many cases.

Chris Broadhurst, my Athletic Therapist at this clinic is a Godsend. He is an extremely experienced professional, insightful and most importantly has worked miracles for my pain and mobility. I don't know what I would do without him. I recommend him any day, any time - ten out of ten and then some!!

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent care I received from the physiotherapist Joanne Ukposidolo. Her expertise and approach truly made a positive difference in my recovery and overall well-being. I would also like to extend my thanks to the SMC Clinic staff for their kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. The clinic provides a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, which makes each visit a positive experience.

Chris Broadhurst is truly the BEST of the best. At both the Toronto Athletic Club – Sports Medical Clinic and the Adelaide Health Clinic, Chris delivers an unparalleled level of care that stands out in the world of sports medicine. With nearly 40 years of experience, Chris has worked at the highest levels of professional sport, including serving as Head Athletic Therapist for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Phoenix Coyotes, and Team Canada Hockey, along with supporting countless elite events. Yet despite his extraordinary background, he treats every single person—whether a professional athlete or a regular individual—with the same respect, compassion, and meticulous attention. Chris’s ability to pinpoint pain and create immediate, lasting relief is remarkable. His deep manual muscle treatments, combined with his expertise in movement and healing, leave you feeling like a completely new person. Every session reflects his passion, dedication, and genuine gift for restoring the body. If you have an injury, chronic discomfort, or simply want your body to function at its best, I highly recommend booking a visit with Chris at the top of the TD Tower South Building in Toronto. His care far surpasses traditional therapy, and the results speak for themselves. Simply put—he’s exceptional!!!!

Great experience here, Chris Broadhurst made a huge difference in my pain level (mild scoliosis and sciatica related nerve/soft tissue pain) even with one visit. He gave me exercises that actually feel impactful and the facility is lovely as well as all the staff! Will be continuing to book here!

I’ve had such a great experience working with Joanne Ukposidolo. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and truly an amazing physiotherapist. What stands out even more is her holistic approach. She not only provides excellent physiotherapy herself but also brings in other members of her team at the Toronto Athletic Club to look at the bigger picture of health. She takes the time to analyze how everything works together to improve overall well-being. Highly recommend Joanne if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your health and progress!
