Kindly be aware that when booking through our website, you acknowledge our 24-hour cancellation policy. A $50 first time cancellation fee or the full service amount for repeat missed appointments will be charged to your credit card on file. “No Show” appointments incur the full service charge. We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations impact our therapists’ schedules and incur fees, but we gladly waive them if the spot gets filled. If you’re running late, your appointment will be shortened, but the full cost will apply. Appointments booked within 24 hours are confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy.
