“I had severe eczema and went to see Dr Guo back in November last year. The first picture was taken after 1 week of herbal treatment with the herbal cream, my skin already improved significantly. Before seeing Dr Guo, I have already gone to numerous family dr appoints and other TCMs. My skin would just not heal to the point it was watery and there was a thick scab. Also I couldn’t sleep because it was so itchy. I am grateful for Dr. Guo and hopefully he can help with your skin conditions if you are seeking for treatment that works. The second picture was a month later. Now the marks are almost completely gone and I just have minor flare ups, but nothing like before. Also, the cream from the clinic is not steroid cream so it doesn’t change the skin colour.”

“Everyone was really nice and I was able to schedule day of service. The only problem was the practitioner left two needles in my leg, is it common? I called for help for so long, practitioner said he thought I was on a phone call. I’m a little wary to try acupuncture again as it is a new service to me, they still charged me. Terrible experience”

“This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a clinic. On February 20th, I contacted the clinic because I had severe neck pain and wanted an adjustment with Dr. Zhang, who I trust. I was told he was on leave and was offered an appointment with Bruce instead. I didn’t realize who he was at the time. When I arrived, I recognized him as the same person who had previously given me massage and moxibustion treatments that were completely ineffective and even made my condition worse. If I had known in advance, I would NEVER have booked with him. Unfortunately, I was in too much pain to leave, so I gave it a try. Big mistake. His technique is extremely poor. He started randomly squeezing my neck with no clear method or understanding of what he was doing. The massage was completely useless—no pressure, no precision, no relief. It felt like he had no professional training at all. His previous moxibustion treatment was just as bad. Anyone with basic knowledge knows it should focus on specific points for effectiveness, but he applied it randomly to multiple areas, resulting in zero benefit. It showed a complete lack of expertise. After about 10 minutes, I could not tolerate it anymore and decided to stop. I did not feel safe letting him continue, especially for an adjustment. Then came the most shocking part: he checked the time, insisted on charging me, asked for my name, and even threatened to blacklist me. This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable behavior. I have never encountered someone with such poor skills AND such an arrogant attitude. It is honestly alarming that someone like this is allowed to treat patients. As for the front desk, while polite, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase a membership despite having insurance. Why is there such aggressive upselling? Is it really that difficult to process insurance properly? This needs serious improvement. To be honest, the only reason this clinic has any credibility is because of Dr. Zhang and Claudy. Without them, there is absolutely no reason to come here. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking and to avoid Bruce.”

“Dr. Kuo and his team changed my health. I came into the clinic with severe eczema that wouldn’t stop spreading on my hands and face. No other doctor I visited was able to help without steroids. “I had a RMT service with them once. They charged a price match with other provider in the area, yet cannot say with the matching service. The room for the service was small and often disturbed by other rooms noise, making you can't relax. If I can have a better environemt for the whole service with the same price, why should I go for this one?”
