“I found Faiyaz Zaman after a sudden back/shoulder flare‑up and booked a last‑minute evening appointment. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional from the start, and took the time to really understand what was going on. I appreciated how much he focused on educating me so I could feel better long‑term, not just treating the immediate pain. Over a little more than two months, we built strength, found the right exercises, and targeted the areas that needed work. I saw steady improvement, and by the last few weeks I wasn’t having any pain or flare‑ups at all. The clinic itself is great — clean, comfortable, welcoming staff, and in a very convenient location, which made the whole experience even easier. “I had a really great experience at Axis! I saw Sam this week for an inner ankle sprain, and I’m so happy with the care I received. Sam was super thorough during the initial assessment. He took the time to ask lots of questions about my injury and explained everything very clearly. As someone who likes to know every step and detail and tends to ask lots of questions, I really appreciated how patient he was and how thoroughly he answered every question I had. He helped ease the pain in my ankle and also worked on the surrounding muscles that had been affected. He also gave me multiple exercises that will help strengthen the area and get me back to my usual activities. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and really welcoming. Everyone at Axis was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.”
