Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 4 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 4 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

“Kendra at Alinio Massage came highly recommended to me — the review I heard was so strong that I actually recommended her to a friend before I had even seen her myself. We both ended up booking with her, and she absolutely lived up to the hype. Kendra is incredibly professional, attentive, and very skilled in her technique. She creates a comfortable environment right away and really listens to what your body needs. Both of us left feeling noticeably better and really impressed with the quality of care she provides. “I’m an ICU nurse with a pretty heavy workload, so back and neck discomfort have kind of been a constant in my life. I’ve tried so many RMTs in the downtown area over the years, and honestly no one even comes close to Lindsey. I’ve been seeing her for almost three years now, and she has helped me more than anyone else. She’s incredible at assessing exactly what’s going on in my muscles and how they cause other areas to become affected to which she then tailors the treatment to whatever areas need the most attention. She never rushes, never skimps on time, and I always leave feeling like I can actually move my neck and back without discomfort. “I love this place, they've helped me so much over the last few months. I had really specific goals with my fitness and a back injury came at the worst time possible. Dr. Williams got me back in working order much more quickly than I thought was possible. With her help along with a few massages and cupping sessions I was able to perform how I needed to to reach my goals. I can't thank Alinio enough. Great customer service at the front desk as well.
