80 min+ HST ($150 + HST for those 60+ in age) / In my practice, I offer movement education and exercise training to help ensure that you are moving your body in ways that will infuse and invigorate the changes you are seeking through bodywork. For the benefits of bodywork to hold over time, movement patterns and use of the body’s muscles must support the work - in other words, joints and muscles must be moving as they are designed to. If you are experiencing ongoing discomfort and recurring issues, it may be time to to take a closer look at how you are moving and exercising.
