When booking, clients are required to provide a credit card number that we will keep on file. Clients can pay by cash, credit , debit or direct billing health insurance upon arrival. The credit card will only be charged if the client does not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation (whereupon our cancellation policy applies) .

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are subject to a cancellation fee.

When you book an appointment, your therapist reserves that time exclusively for you. In return, we ask that you attend your appointment and arrive on time. Missed appointments without notice prevent us from offering that time to someone else.
