“If you are looking for a fantastic physiotherapist, I recommend Ben Franz! I came in with shoulder issues - something I've dealt with for a long time. I've put a lot of time into mobility/flexibility/stretching, but it was time to focus on adding some strength in to the routine. He was incredibly thorough during my initial assessment, walked me through the exercises, and created a custom plan that is actually working. I've picked up some resistance bands and am working through the exercises. He's professional, patient, and the exercises he gave me for home are easy to follow and so far has been very effective.
