About Zsofi

Zsofi is dedicated to helping others restore a sense of health and empowerment in their bodies. As a Registered Massage Therapist, her work uses a variety of techniques, adjusted for every patient, to ease clients on their own path of healing and wellness. As a lifelong exerciser, Zsofi discovered the therapeutic benefits of frequent massage many years ago. She has long since been passionate about the healing power of touch to calm overwrought nervous systems and reduce chronic tension and pain. She realized that she felt called to provide this support for others, and studied massage therapy as a way to promote wellness in her local community. Zsofi is particularly interested in myofascial release, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, and manual lymphatic drainage. She is also passionate in helping patients strengthen weak areas so that they can create balance in their bodies. Zsofi is excited to support her patients’ health goals, and become a trusted member of their health care team.
