FR: Yara est physiothérapeute spécialisée en santé pelvienne et en santé de la femme. Elle aide les femmes actives à travers la grossesse, la période post-partum et la ménopause sans avoir à mettre de côté les activités qu’elles aiment.
Son approche intègre la rééducation périnéale, le mouvement et l’entraînement en force pour favoriser la confiance et la résilience à long terme.
Yara a complété sa maîtrise en physiothérapie à l’Université McGill et a poursuivi des formations avancées en physiothérapie périnéale et périnatale. Elle a à cœur d’accompagner les femmes qui souhaitent rester actives et mieux comprendre leur corps. Son objectif est d’offrir des conseils clairs et fondés sur la science afin que chaque cliente se sente confiante et capable de bouger à chaque étape de sa vie.
