Hi, I’m Jinny!
Growing up around healthcare, health and wellness were always an important part of my life. From an early age, I learned the value of taking care of your body and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
My passion for massage therapy developed through my own interest in fitness, weightlifting, and movement. As I became more involved in the gym, I grew fascinated by how the body works and how proper treatment and recovery can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
I enjoy treating a wide variety of clients, so whether you’re dealing with everyday tension from your desk job, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and unwind, my goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease.
My treatment style often incorporates trigger point techniques, joint mobilizations, and myofascial release, depending on your individual needs and goals. I also like to provide home care at the end of each session, such as therapeutic exercises and stretches, to help you continue making progress outside of the clinic.
Beyond massage therapy, you’ll often find me at the gym, watching soccer, or baking different dishes from scratch!
