Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist and holds a master's degree in counselling psychology.
Victoria is an empathetic and caring individual who has a passion to help others be the best version of themselves. She works from a holistic mindset with a person-centred and strengths-based approach, ensuring your needs and goals are met. Victoria enjoys incorporating various modalities into her practice, such as cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Her goal is to help you build a healthier mindset and challenge unhelpful or negative thought patterns.
Victoria has worked with various age groups, from young children to seniors, handling crisis de-escalation, trauma, and mental health support. She is able to help clients work through different life concerns, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Building the therapeutic relationship is very important; she wants to create a safe space for people to feel cared for and comfortable sharing what they need. Victoria genuinely enjoys being there for others as they grow and heal.
