About Twyla

Twyla graduated from the massage therapy program at CDI College in 2010, and is an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta. She is fully recognized by all of the insurance companies in Alberta, and for the past 15 years she has enjoyed helping Clients with stress relief, pain reduction, injury recovery, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and headache therapy. Twyla loves to thoroughly address soft tissues with therapeutic & deep tissue massage, and also loves to use other certifications that she has acquired such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Raindrop therapy (spinal decompression), Holistic Reflexology, and Myofascial Decompression, to name a few. Post pandemic, she feels that we all need more self-care in our lives; be it time with loved ones, time spent in nature, or other forms of physical therapy as future preventatives. In her free time, Twyla has a passion for hiking, yoga & HIIT classes, reading, gardening, and enjoying the benefits of an active healthy lifestyle with her family.
