Twilah is an experienced health and wellness professional with over 35 years experience in the health, fitness, and rehab industries. She has been a Certified Reflexologist with the Ontario College of Reflexology since 2004 .
As a proponent of natural approaches to healthcare, her passion lies in aiding her clients transition to a balanced harmonized state of well being through reflexology and essential oils.
