About Trina

Trina is a Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping people. Trina has lived and worked in Southeast Saskatchewan her whole life, having a good understanding of the challenges and advantages of living in a rural area. Trina's area of practice is primarily with children and youth in the areas of anxiety, emotional regulation, grief and loss. Trina also support youth athletes for stress management, confidence building, and skills to enhance the mental part of sport. She can also support parents, and adults for grief and loss and anxiety.
