About Tracy

Through experiences in my own life, I have learned how much massage therapy can enhance a person's overall well-being and vitality. Previously a real estate agent, I worked closely with people during one of the most stressful times in their lives (moving, life changes & financial stressors). I thrived on making the transition seamless and as pain free as possible for my clients. In such a fast-paced industry, I learned the value of self-care and how crucial therapeutic intervention is in maintaining and improving the quality of day-to-day life. I also learned I love helping people, however the method of doing so, has changed to focus on assisting people on the path to better health & well-being. I am focussed on walking alongside individuals and working with them to achieve their individual goals; whether that is relaxation/stress reduction, rehabilitation after an injury, providing pain relief for those who suffer chronic pain conditions or anything else I have not covered that effective Massage Therapy helps with. I utilize many treatment modalities and customize treatment to suit my patients' individual needs. Some of the modalities & treatments offered are; Swedish massage, Trigger Point therapy, joint mobilization, sports massage, relaxation, muscle energy, lymphatic drainage, Myofascial & Advanced massage techniques, pre & post natal massage, maintenance of chronic & acute conditions & pain management and hydrotherapy. All treatments incorporate some pre & post treatment assessment (to ensure what we are doing is moving you in the right direction) as well as home care recommendations. I treat patients of all ages and stages of life. I strive to meet you where you are at, and provide the most benefit in the time we have to work together. I would be delighted to hear from you and to see how I can assist you on your journey to wellness.

This helped my back pain and it was useful to understand why the pain was occurring that way that it was. I will definitely be coming back when I can again. Tracy was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Excellent experience for me.
