Tina is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic and a member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association. She is also a certified practitioner and Level 1 Teacher of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®.
Tina's treatment approach encompasses Swedish massage, indirect techniques (Cranial and lymphatic), myofascial release, among others. She treats people who experience significant stress and anxiety, couples who are trying to conceive (naturally as well as those using assisted reproductive technology), pregnant and postpartum women, and a wide variety of others ranging from highly active athletes to those with a more sedentary lifestyle. She is dedicated in furthering her knowledge by continuing to take post-graduate courses.
Tina is passionate about helping her patients feel their best and believes that her approach helps patients to connect their body and mind.
