Hello, I’m Tina, a Registered Psychologist dedicated to supporting adults who face challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem through a holistic approach. My journey into counseling began when I experienced the profound impact of an exceptional therapist. I strive to provide that same level of support that fosters lasting change. I often use a sparkle of humor in sessions, which lightens the journey. While my primary focus is on trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem, I also address a variety of concerns, including sexuality-related challenges, grief, perfectionism, overworking, life transitions, and relational issues. My goal is to create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe to explore the different aspects of your life and identify what to embrace, strengthen, or let go. Transparency is essential in our work together, so you can expect honest and straightforward communication.
