Hello! If you are struggling with a depressed mood, low self-worth, stress, anxiety, or perfectionism, I would love to help you feel and function better. Whether you need a healing space to talk about what's on your mind and in your heart, or are looking for support in setting goals and making changes, I will meet you where you're at. Together, we'll develop a therapy approach that serves you best. I’m Teri Wilson, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I'm passionate about mental health therapy as a catalyst for personal growth and I have great respect for my clients and their lived experiences. CBT, mindfulness, ACT, person-centred, and compassion-focused therapies are some of the approaches I can offer.
