I am a Registered Social Worker in the provinces of Alberta, Nova Scotia and Ontario. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology (Trent University), a Bachelor of Social Work degree (University of Windsor) and a Master of Social Work degree (University of Hawai`i at Mānoa).
I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem and self-worth struggles, and support women during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. I also work with individuals during and after difficult life transitions and provide emotional literacy support.
I provide virtual counselling/therapy for residents of Alberta and Nova Scotia and offer in-person services in Airdrie, Alberta.
