Her therapeutic approach uses a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of each client. She has completed postgraduate trainings in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). The foundation of her work lies in building relationships where clients feel listened to and validated.
