Stacey is a Registered Clinical Social Worker trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy with over twelve years experience. Stacey provides in-clinic and walk-and-talk sessions to her clientele. She firmly believes that engaging in exercise while having a meaningful conversation is the best way for someone to become the best version of themselves. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys biking, swimming, and is an avid CrossFitter. She has competed in numerous triathlons of various distances and has even swam across the Northumberland Strait (TWICE!!).
