Sonia brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach grounded in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, helping clients build resilience, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self. All sessions are clinically supervised by Christina Janiga, Registered Psychotherapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Approved EMDR Consultant.
