Silvia is available Monday-Thursday 11-6:30pm and Friday 11-4pm.
Silvia is a long time Massage Therapist and has been in practice since 2002.
Silvia works closely with her clients with the "why" factor in mind in trying to solve the chronic muscle strains/pain clients have.
Silvia's treatment approach is very specific, to get the most out of her treatment time. When seeing Silvia for the first time you may be put on the reformer (Pilates Apparatus) or tower to access range of motion.
Silvia believes there is a big difference between Relaxation /Therapeutic Massage (Swedish Massage) to Orthopedic Massage/therapeutic Massage.
"Both are very beneficial to the body, however with Orthopedic Massage we dive in to solving the problem of decrease range of motion, chronic pain and fascial restriction and postural imbalances.
Silvia assist in Improving mobility with numbers of modalities such as Therapeutic Massage, Graston Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Orthopedic / Therapeutic Massage, Range Of Motion , Fascial Release and Stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Rapid Neurofascial Reset and Shockwave Therapy.
Silvia is a Certified Classical Pilates Teacher with over 10 years experience and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist and Graston Specialist.
When booking with Silvia you will receive a very specific treatment catered to your massage needs.

All pottery at the studio is created by Silvia (Sly-The Impatient Paw-tter)
