About Shelby
Shelby grew up in Heisler, Alberta, and currently resides on a farm outside of Daysland,
Alberta. Shelby completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta,
Augustana Campus, where she then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical
Therapy from the University of Alberta. Shelby grew up with a very active lifestyle, spending
most of her time in the outdoors, as well as playing basketball and competing in competitive
dance. Shelby’s love for being active, sports, and helping others lead her to pursue her
degree in Physical Therapy.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time outside on their farm, spending time in the
gym, running, and spending time with friends.
Shelby’s treatment style focuses on evidence-based treatment and an active approach, with
education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy as her main focus. Shelby strives to
work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals, and get them back to the activities
they love most through a personalized treatment plan.
