About Sheena
With a passion for helping people move and feel better, I've been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. I first studied Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph before completed my Massage Therapy Diploma at Algonquin College in Ottawa. My 20- year background in fitness deeply informs my understanding of the body, movement, and performance.
In addition to massage therapy, I'm a certified CIES Posturologist. Posturology is a powerful, neuroscience-based approach that rewires the brain through the feet and eye to help restore balance and reduce chronic pain.
My treatments are rooted in a holistic, full body approach - addressing not just symptoms, but the underlying causes of dysfunction. Clients often describe my sessions as both deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing. I combine technical skill with intuitive healing, always aiming to ensure you feel heard, cared for, and leave feeling restored in both body and mind.
