Born and raised on a farm in the SE area, I've always been deeply rooted in my community. I have undergone specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have achieved Level 1 Certification in Gottman Therapy for Couples. My commitment to supporting the well-being of others is also reflected in my non-judgmental, compassionate, and caring approach to social work.
