Meet Shakila Rajasundaram! Shakila Rajasundaram is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. Her practice integrates a comprehensive set of hands-on techniques, including osteoarticulation, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and myofascial remodeling, to support the body’s natural ability to heal. Shakila’s healthcare journey began with a rigorous five-year education in physical therapy in India. With over ten years of clinical experience, she has developed a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. She has treated a wide range of conditions, from complex neurological injuries and severe physical disabilities to women’s pelvic health and chronic pain. She addresses dysfunctions in the musculoskeletal, nervous, and visceral systems, helping patients find relief from issues such as back and neck pain, joint restrictions, digestive disturbances, headaches, TMJ and stress-related tension. She also has a special interest in working with children with autism, aiming to improve comfort, mobility, and quality of life through gentle, personalized care. Passionate about whole-body wellness and patient-centered treatment, Shakila is committed to identifying the root causes of discomfort and tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, biking, and discovering new places and cuisines through travel.
