About Serenna

She aims to create a warm, inviting environment where you can feel safe, heard, and valued. She views psychotherapy as a collaborative process, understanding that we must work as a team to reach your goals. She believes in long-term healing over short-term solutions and ultimately hopes to help you grow into the best version of yourself and live a fuller life. She takes a person-centred, integrative approach to treatment, incorporating tools and techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. Her areas of focus include trauma, eating disorders and body image concerns, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Education: Serenna is Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds an honours degree from Queen’s University with a double major in psychology and health studies. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
