About Selina

Selina is a Physiotherapy Resident, graduating from McMaster University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with High Honours, at the University of Toronto, alongside a minor in Psychology. Currently, she is working on wrapping up her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science in the field of aging and measurement! With a background in both physiotherapy and research, Selina strives to incorporate the best available evidence into her clinical practice to improve client outcomes. She has had exposure working in a variety of settings, including orthopaedic and neurological settings, and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and reclaim their quality of life. Taking a holistic approach to health, Selina is dedicated to tailoring her treatments to suit each unique client. Outside the clinic, you can find Selina engaging in multiple forms of art, whether its painting, pottery, or other DIY projects.
