Sean Isnor (he/him) has spent many years working in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and recently completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University.
Sean takes an individualized, exercise-based approach to rehabilitation, focusing on sustainable progress and confidence in movement. He values collaborative, meaningful goal-setting and building strong therapeutic relationships in which clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their recovery. Sean has a particular interest in sports injuries and geriatric rehabilitation, and he looks forward to continuing his professional development through further training in areas such as dry needling, concussion management, and manual therapy.
Sports have always played a major role in Sean’s life, shaping who he is and how he approaches rehabilitation today. He has trained and competed in a variety of sports, including judo, wrestling, rugby, and paddling. Sean travelled internationally with the Canadian National Judo Team and was an AUS Wrestling Champion at university. His athletic background continues to fuel his passion for helping others return to the activities most meaningful to them. Originally from Bedford, Sean remains involved in the local sports community and has completed a Sports First Responder course, enabling him to volunteer with teams such as the King’s College Men’s Rugby team.
Outside the clinic, Sean stays active through judo, bouldering, and enduro riding. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Nova Scotia with his partner and spending time with friends and family.
Sean is excited to begin his career in Sackville and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians such as Alex and Olivia while serving the local community.
