About Sarah
Sarah was born and raised in East Hants and she is excited to start her new journey in a place she calls home. There is a good chance you will most likely find her walking around with an extra large Tim Hortons tea in her hand. She is not only dedicated in providing a safe space for all, but also dedicated to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for each and every individual. She strides to help them reach specific goals,maintain or improve function, improve daily life, or simply relax. Sarah graduated in 2023 and holds a diploma from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy where she participated in neurological conditions, sports therapy, enhanced care focused clinics.
Sarah loves listening to music, spending time with her friends, family and dogs and loves to bake. In fact she graduated from NSCC in 2016 from the Baking and Pastry Arts program.
