I understand how challenging life can be. Carrying the burden of traumatic experiences and memories can have an impact on the ability to enjoy life and have healthy relationships. I support individuals to heal and find relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I offer specialized trauma therapies including EMDR, Lifespan Integration Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have 18 years of counselling experience and have worked in a variety of areas including healthcare, homelessness, addiction, psychosis, eating disorders, and PTSD. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to healing!
