My name is Sandeep Cheema, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a background of over 20 years of customer service experience within health care. My main goal is to provide therapeutic healing using various techniques such as Swedish massage, Joint mobilization, Deep tissue, Fascial and Myofascial trigger point release. I also have certification for Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone massage and Cupping. To keep myself in good shape, I do swimming and fitness strength training regularly throughout the week. In my free time I like to go for walks, do gardening, cook, read books and watch/ listen to various pod casts which add value to my professional and personal self-development.
