Hi! I’m Ryleigh. Mom of two, wife, embracer of chaos, and seeker of all things good. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), that works with teens, adults, and couples. My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity and prioritizes connection, warmth, and humour. Therapy can be- Awkward. Uncomfortable. Vulnerable. And I am here for all of it. Utilizing evidence-based interventions, we will explore triggers, values, emotional patterns, and the impacts of stress and overwhelm, thereby helping you strengthen your emotional awareness, regulation, and presence. Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and meets you where you are at. My space is a safe, judgement-free place to slow down, and let curiosity, honesty, and growth unfold.
