Reaching out for counselling can be tough - but you're not alone. Many people seek support when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to offer a non-judgemental, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and start to make sense of things.

What do you specialize in?
I’m a generalist, which means I adapt to meet people where they’re at. I work with:
Young adults feeling stuck in patterns they can’t break
Nature-lovers who heal best outdoors
Blue-collar workers who feel disconnected or unseen
People who don’t “fit the mold” and want to stop trying
Anyone struggling to feel grounded in today’s world
Parents feeling emotionally maxed out
Those who just need someone to really listen

What are your qualifications?
I hold a Diploma of Applied Psychology specializing in Counselling from Kelowna College and am a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling - Provisional with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (#4767).

I bring a calm, approachable presence and lived experience. My goal is to build a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly heard. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll gladly help you find someone who is.

We’ll go at your pace - whether that means crisis support, practical tools for surviving, or exploring meaning and direction when you’re ready to thrive.
What’s your life experience?
I'm a father of five, a nature lover, and a lifelong learner. I've worked in trades, construction, oilfields - even Zellers. Now, I do what I love most: helping people. I care deeply about connection, equity, and giving voice to those who often go unheard.
