We're pleased to introduce Ruby, the newest Registered Massage Therapist at Truro Chiropractic Clinic.
Ruby's passion for helping others stems from her background in athletics. Before becoming an RMT, she earned Bachelor's degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from Tabor College in 2019. She spent four years working closely with a variety of sports teams while also playing competitive soccer, giving her a strong understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers.
After graduating as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021, Ruby began working in a sports clinic, treating both athletes and members of the general public. She enjoys helping patients recover from injuries, relieve pain, improve mobility, and get back to doing the activities they love. Her treatments may incorporate Active Joint Mobilization, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, and Hydrotherapy, and she is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge and continue developing her skills.
What Ruby enjoys most about massage therapy is building relationships with her patients and creating treatments that are tailored to their individual goals. Whether you're looking to recover from an injury, manage chronic tension, improve your mobility, or simply enjoy a relaxing massage, Ruby is committed to helping you feel your best.
Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find her staying active—walking her dog, golfing, or spending time on the soccer field.
