About Ruben
Ruben holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy, as well as, a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science degree. Ruben has been involved with physiotherapy practices, strength and conditioning programs, and personal training classes for the past 7 years. He has interests in manual therapy, biomechanics, neurological rehabilitation, and using an evidence-based approach to help his patients achieve their best possible outcomes.
Finally, having worked with all ages, work, and high-level soccer players both through therapy and as an athlete; Ruben strongly believes that each injury is unique, and therefore requires personally developed exercise and manual therapy programs that target the goals and expectations of his patients.
In his spare time Ruben loves to hike with his dog, or when he's really lucky, go on surfing trips!
