Whether you are seeking relief from stress, anxiety or trauma-related triggers, navigating uncertainty or change, or learning to set healthy boundaries, finding a supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings is important. I believe developing an authentic relationship with yourself begins with practicing self-compassion and acceptance. My goal is to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, developing an understanding of your emotional and behavioural patterns, and rebuilding a sense of balance in your life. I take a collaborative and honest approach to wellness, and aim to create a safe space for you to honour your feelings as you pursue self-reflection and growth. Together, we will work through unhelpful thoughts, make meaning of your experiences and develop strategies to help you live a more meaningful life.
My therapeutic approach integrates elements of
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I participate in ongoing training and professional development so I am prepared to meet your treatment needs, and am always open to learning modalities that may be important or fitting for you. I use a mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approach to help you feel safe, supported and connected in our sessions.

I have over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults in processing trauma, anxiety and interpersonal difficulties, navigating life transitions, and developing self-awareness, boundaries and identity. I have also worked with a range of mood, personality and psychotic disorders.
