Rob Vareta, MScPT, BSc (Hons) Kin, Registered Physiotherapist
Rob is the owner and physiotherapist behind Active Ridge Physiotherapy in Burlington, Ontario. With a background in kinesiology and a lifelong involvement in sports, Rob developed a passion for understanding how the body moves and adapts. His own experience recovering from soccer injuries sparked his desire to help others return to the activities they love.
Since earning his Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Rob has focused on musculoskeletal care for active individuals — from weekend warriors to those building strength and confidence in daily life. His approach combines hands-on therapy and personalized exercise programs to restore movement, build resilience, and empower clients to move with confidence toward their goals.
Rob holds certifications in the McKenzie Method, Functional Movement Screen, Concussion Management, Acupuncture, Functional Range Conditioning, and EIM Functional Dry Needling.
