Ritu Kaushik, DOMP Registered Manual Osteopath Masters Physiotherapy-Orthopaedic, BPT (India) Ritu is highly skilled, and very experienced in the field of healthcare. She holds a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) from National Academy of Osteopathy, Toronto, and a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from India. She is also pursuing a Doctorate of Osteopathy and Doctorate of Naprapathy (Madrid, Spain) Ritu has more than 8 years of international physiotherapy experience in different clinical settings including joint replacement units, post-surgical rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological and ante and post-natal exercises. She has extensive experience in the administration of various electrotherapy and manual therapy modalities as well as postural exercises, ergonomic assessments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, PNF techniques, strengthening and stretching exercises, balance and gait training exercises, cranio-sacral therapy and muscle energy techniques, She is skilled in providing counselling and one-on-one support to educate her patients so that they can achieve and maintain optimal health. Ritu is able to assess and treat a wide range of health problems which includes but not limited to musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders and visceral and cranial conditions using manual therapy, exercises and self-care advise. Ritu is a Registered Manual Osteopath with both the ACMA (The Canadian Alliance Of Alternative Medicine) and the CRMO (College of Registered Manual Osteopaths).
