About Rhian

Rhian Parry graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Psychology and went on to complete her massage therapy training at Bryan College. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Rhian is a compassionate and client-centred Registered Massage Therapist with a strong focus on whole-body wellness and long-term health. With her background in psychology, she brings a thoughtful understanding of the mind-body connection to every treatment, supporting not only physical relief but overall well-being. She uses a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques to create treatments that are both effective and relaxing. Her integrative approach combines hands-on manual therapy with clinical reasoning, allowing her to tailor each session to the individual needs of her clients while addressing the root causes of discomfort. Committed to continued growth and learning, Rhian is currently looking to further her education in TMJ massage and prenatal massage care to better support clients through all stages of life. She is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where clients can achieve their health and wellness goals
