Rachel achieved her Certified Breastfeeding Specialist designation in early 2023 and has since supported northern families with compassionate, evidence-informed infant feeding support. Her approach begins with understanding each family’s unique feeding goals and what will work best in their daily life, helping parents feed their babies on their own terms.
Rachel’s care is gentle, empowering, and rooted in preserving and strengthening the relationship between parent and baby. While she is passionate about the health, social, and environmental benefits of human milk, her approach is always judgment-free and grounded in the belief that all forms of feeding can build health, connection, and love.
She offers prenatal breastfeeding education and planning, as well as in-home postnatal feeding support for growing families.
