Puneet has been a dedicated Physiotherapist since 2011. Driven by his passion for the fitness industry, he also earned an Advanced Diploma in Physical Fitness Management. Puneet's relentless curiosity about the human body and mechanics led him to move from India to enhance his expertise and offer top-notch care to his patients.
Puneet continually expands his knowledge through various advanced courses, including P-DTR, Concussion Management, Frequency Specific Micro-current, MPS, Neurokinetic Therapy, Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Neuro Functional Medical Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, McKenzie Method, Graston's Technique, and Kinesiology Taping.
Puneet is currently undergoing training in Melillo Method fellowship program.
His diverse experience includes serving as the onsite Physiotherapist for the Indian Volleyball team during the 2010 IVL tour and working in a multi-specialty hospital, where he treated numerous post-surgical patients.
As a Physiotherapist, Puneet loves playing a pivotal role in helping people of all ages lead healthy lives by preventing injuries and alleviating pain and movement issues. His clinical practice emphasizes using manual muscle testing to identify nervous system dysfunctions and manual therapy to restore joint mechanics, followed by muscle retraining and motor control strategies to correct movement dysfunctions. Puneet provides personalized, one-on-one treatment and designs exercise programs tailored to each patient's level and goals.
