As a woman of colour, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple identities while seeking a sense of belonging. These lived experiences have shaped the empathy, cultural awareness, and compassion I bring to my work. With over three years of experience supporting individuals through acculturation of stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Together, we may explore unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, identify your strengths and inner resources, cultivate self-acceptance, and build motivation for meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we explore your experiences together. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed approaches, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Having personally experienced the stigma and barriers that can come with seeking support, I recognize the courage it takes to begin therapy. It would be a privilege to accompany you on your journey, listening with care and working collaboratively to support your growth and well-being.
