Hi, I am Penny! I specialize in working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, anger, panic attacks, relationship concerns, and perinatal/postpartum mental health challenges. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting. With over 13 years of experience in mental health and addictions, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, EFT, ACT, ART, psychodynamic therapy, and the Gottman Method to support meaningful, lasting change. I offer in-person therapy in Okotoks and virtual counselling across Alberta and Yukon. My goal is to help you find clarity, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with yourself; so you can feel more grounded, confident, and at peace. I offer a free 15min consultation to ensure we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
