Patricia developed a passion for massage and wellness when she started working as concierge in the spa industry. As a Banff local she is deeply connected with nature and the grounding and healing attributes of being in touch with our environment. Patricia believes we all contain the innate ability to heal and she uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for our body to unwind.
With her Massage Therapy education from MaKami College she likes to combine a clinical, therapeutic and holistic approach to reach one’s needs. Patricia accomplishes this through deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial cupping, joint manipulation and stretching. She is passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit.
She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Patricia particularly enjoys helping clients with chronic stress, pain, headaches, insomnia, pregnancy, and MVA related injuries.
In her free time she enjoys powerlifting, yoga, hiking, skiing, trying out new recipes and on slow days she enjoys reading.
